Rebecca H. Jeudin is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) advisor with the Food Security and Agriculture division at Research Triangle Institute (RTI) International. As the Fish Innovation Lab’s MEL advisor, she advises the lab on cross-project collaboration, learning, and adaptation as well as results measurement. She specializes in research and evaluation approaches including impact and outcome evaluation; performance evaluation; design of experimental, quasi-experimental, and non-experimental studies; and mixed methods research.

Prior to joining the Fish Innovation Lab, Rebecca was a senior MEL technical associate at Education Development Center (EDC). During her tenure at EDC, she advised nearly a dozen donor-funded projects over the years in youth workforce development, education, and health across multiple countries and contexts in Africa, Asia, and Latin America (approximately $5-35M per year). Rebecca has designed and conducted gender assessments, rapid risk education analysis (RERA), and randomized controlled trial and quasi-experimental studies on positive youth development including soft skills, social-emotional learning, employment, and resilience especially in conflict and crisis settings. She has published reports and peer-reviewed journal articles from her research.

Rebecca earned her M.A. in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. in political science and international studies from Spelman College. She is a native French and Haitian Creole speaker.
